Christina Perri & Ed Sheeran FINALLY Perform "Be My Forever" Together In Concert: Watch
Finally! Can you believe that never since Christina Perri released her latest album “Head or Heart” in April this year she’s performed the song “Be My Forever” with Ed Sheeran live? The acoustic love number is one of my favourites on Ms. Perri's sophomore studio album and I don’t know why in hell Atlantic Records is delaying its official release as single...but that doesn’t change the fact it’s so weird Christina and Ed hadn’t coincided in a same event (award show, festival, being on tour in the same city, etc) yet to perform “Be My Forever” at least once.
WELL, I’m happy to announce to y’all that this heavenly live duet has at last occurred. 8 months after the release of “Head or Heart" BUT whatever!
Representing the U.S, Christina Perri and representing the U.K, Ed Sheeran; the two talented pop acts performed the uber-sweet “Be My Forever” (co-written by both with the help of Jamie Scott) at 97.3 Alice Radio’s “Alice in Winterland 2014” holiday concert at the Masonic in San Francisco on Thursday, December 4. Fortunately for us, many of the concert-goers filmed the "surprise" performance and uploaded it on YouTube. Catch Ed and Perri slaying “Be My Forever” from two different angles below.
How sweet was that? They sounded great, and Christina looked cute with that Santa hat. Hopefully 2015 kicks off well for Christina Perri and she receives the news from Atlantic Records that they’ve given “Be My Forever” the green light to be her next official single. I want to see her and Ed performing this on every TV show in America!
