"Champagne Problems" is a song where Nick tells us all about the strange relationship he has with a girl. Every time they're about to break up and she's about to leave the house for good, they end up having a few drinks, getting into bed to have some loving action and the next thing you know: "Strong" as a couple they are again. "How did our clothes end up on the floor? / Didn't we just break each other's hearts?", Nick sings. They truly have some "champagne problems". Get it?
