The Anticipated Demi Lovato & Iggy Azalea Collaboration Is Titled “Kingdom Come” But It Won’t Be A Single

demi lovato iggy azalea collaboration

The first collaboration between Demi Lovato and Australian rapper Iggy Azalea is coming...soon! The song will definitely appear on the "Camp Rock" star's forthcoming fifth studio album which she will release via a joint-venture of Island and Hollywood Records later this year.

Over the weekend, I-G-G-Y answered the questions of a fan who wanted to know more about her much-anticipated collaboration with Demi during an impromptu Twitter Q&A. The two headlines Iggy gave were that 1) the song with Demi will not become a single (apparently she wants only her own solo stuff to be playing on radio for the time being and in the near future once her new single is out too) and 2) the Demi duet will be the only "feat. Iggy Azalea" track we'll be hearing from the Aussie raptress this year. Read below:

And in more clarifying news about the 'Demi x Iggy' collab, the "Fancy" star revealed the song's title in an interview she gave MSN Australia's The Fix on Monday (Aug. 24). *drum rolls*...It is titled "KINGDOM COME".

Further speaking on Demi and her new album, Iggy told The Fix:

"I think Demi is somebody that's come a really long way in her personal journey, body image and musically," Iggy says. "It's been really awesome watching somebody come into their own skin. I'm super proud to see where she's gone with this album and I'm excited for other people to see what's changed with her."

Why is Iggy making an exception in her "no more features this year" decision with Demi? Well, as she said in the tweet that you read above, Demi is a very close friend of hers, and that is the reason for the exception. Did you know Demi and Iggy are neighbors in L.A and that Iggy asked the "Cool for the Summer" star to be one of her bridesmaids at her upcoming wedding?

Excited?
