We’re so shook by this performance. It was by far Camila Cabello’s best live one and best one on television yet in her career. The former Fifth Harmony star, now solo, performed her newest single “Havana”, lifted from her upcoming debut album “The Hurting, The Healing, The Loving”, on NBC’s “The Tonight Show starring Jimmy Fallon” last night, September 25. It was Havana’s first TV performances and all of the eyes of Camila’s fans, and of music industry’s top bosses were definitely tuned in NBC when Camila hit the stage to attack.
That was perfection.
And we have the hunch this was all an idea of Camila. From the dancers and trumpeter involved, to the stage’s yellow theme, to the red theme carried in the outfits, to the whole routine. This for sure was a Camila Cabello-conceived performance. And she didn’t only slay in the “performance theme” department, she also slayed in the “vocals” department. We don’t think we’ve even seen her sing live so comfortably. And we thought she was going to be dead nervous in this performance! But it was the opposite. She looked to put-together and confident. And it wall worked out for her: the vocals and the overall performance. This “Havana” showing is one for the books. This is how you do it, people!
