One Direction Reveal Cover Art For Next Single 'You & I" & Post Video Announcement!
One Direction posted a 7-sec video on their official YouTube page on Friday morning (April 11th) to officially announce that their next single (fourth from "Midnight Memories") would be the pop ballad "You & I", produced by Julian Bunetta and John Ryan.
"You & I" is therefore the follow-up to the third single and title track "Midnight Memories" which shockingly under-performed on the UK charts only peaking at #39!
Today, besides the video announcement, One Direction also revealed the official cover art for "You & I" (see above). The single is released on May 25th in the UK.
The announcement of "You & I" as new single hasn't caught Directioners (One Directions' fans) by surprise, though. Info about this song being the boyband's next single leaked last month. Plus, Zayn, Niall and Co. shot the music video for "You & I" in March too at Clevedon Pier in Somerset, England. That's actually Somerset's boardwalk in the artwork above. The video premieres on VEVO next Friday, April 18th!
