So powerful and intense! Nicole Scherzinger lets all the right feelings come to showing in the music video for “Run” – Nicole’s best solo song to date. The heart-breaking ballad hears the former Pussycat Dolls leader singing about a terrifying episode of her life where she was neglected as a woman. “Run” is the newest single from Ms. Scherzinger’s recently-released sophomore album “Big Fat Lie” – US release will occur in early 2015.

I think the video is perfect as it is. I actually thought it was going to have a “story” – with Nicole Scherzinger telling and “re-living” that tragic episode of her life with her ex boyfriend – but this simplistic approach also works because it lets Nicole "portray" all the emotions of the song more comfortably – without all the “acting” paraphernalia a story-themed music video would have had. The official “Run” MV – premiered tonight, November 13, on VEVO – is simple, emotional and beautiful. It shows Nicole wearing a black lingerie dress and writhing on the floor over a white sheet at a mansion room. She was living the song!!! Her face served all the right emotions!!
