New Music: Zendaya (feat. Ty Dolla $ign, Bobby Brackins and IAMSU!) - "My Baby" (Remix)
17-year-old singer Zendaya is officially releasing the song "My Baby" as the second single from her self-titled debut album. The NicNac-produced R&B-pop song (whose beat is crazy similar to Sean Kingston's "Beat It") will follow-up the hit single "Replay" which reached #40 on the Billboard Hot 100 last year.
Although the album, original edit of "My Baby" will be the one going to mainstream radios in the US, Zendaya (or her label) is making sure that "My Baby" reaches other formats, like the Rhythmic and Urban ones. For that, she's refreshened the song with the addition of verses by rappers Ty Dolla $ign, Bobby Brackins and IAMSU!.
I prefer the original version with the solo vocals of Zendaya, but the new one with the rappers doens't sound bad at all, either. Zendaya shot the music video for her new single "My Baby" during the last days of 2013. Expect a VEVO premiere any day now!
