Jennifer Lopez Sings “Love Make The World Go Round” Acapella On “Jimmy Fallon”, Suffers Backlash For “#AllLivesMatter” Tweet
Jennifer Lopez’ Orlando charity single “Love Make The World Go Round” keeps rising on iTunes (as of this post sits at #5) and you know what that means, right? More TV promo!
Jennifer and her journey companion of these days Lin-Manuel Miranda made an appearance on NBC’s “The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon” to perform “Love Make The World Go Round” for the second time live on television (first time was this past Monday on “The Today Show”) last night, July 12.
To differentiate from the ‘Today’ performance, Jennifer opted to switch things up a bit for the “Jimmy Fallon” showing. The first half of the song she sang ACAPELLA! And she sounded…good! (Loved how it felt like she meant every word she was singing and loved her cape! Very church windows-like, huh?)
In the second part of the performance Lin-Manuel Miranda joined Jenny and she lost the cape. Then they went on to perform the regular, more upbeat version of “Love Make The World Go Round”.
They slayed? Yes, they slayed!
Liked the performance?

In other Jennifer Lopez-related news, the Latina singer suffered sever social media backlash yesterday when she posted a tweet containing a #AllLivesMatter hashtag in a message promoting her “Love Make The World Go Round” song.
The #AllLivesMatter hashtag is currently perceived as something negative as it is being used as a way to "silence" #BlackLivesMatter.
Jennifer deleted the tweet immediately.
