David Guetta & Nicki Minaj - "Hey Mama" [Music Video Premiere!]
The fourth official single from David Guetta’s “Listen” album is the song “Hey Mama” (we’ve known these for weeks, and so far it’s doing a fabulous job on radio) and the French DJ premiered the official music video for the Nicki Minaj-assisted EDM number tonight (May 17) first on Vessel.com, a “subscription video service”, which apparently wants to be the new YouTube or something.
I know that David’s label doesn’t work with VEVO when it comes to music videos promotion but Vessel.com, for real David? I hope they paid you a lot of money to let the world premiere happen on that ill-fated website.
As for the actual “Hey Mama” clip, it shows David Guetta doing his thing in the desert, Afrojack (co-producer of the song) is literally one second on screen, and Nicki Minaj appears as a hologram.
