Camila Cabello Reveals Reason For Leaving Fifth Harmony: “I Felt It Was Time To Explore My Own Artistic Vision”
And you thought she was going to stay quiet about the subject in interviews.
Camila Cabello has opened up about her drastic departure from Fifth Harmony in ab exclusive chat with UK tabloid The Sun.
May I remind you Camila was on a two-day promotional trip in London this week to promote “Bad Things” with Machine Gun Kelly.
During her one-on-one talk with The Sun’s showbiz editor (LOL at them not wanting an interview with MGK), Camila was asked about Fifth Harmony (surely against the wishes of her publicist) but instead of ditching the curiosity of her interviewer, she acted professional and decided to give him an honest answer. And what did she say?
"I felt like it was time to explore my own artistic vision."

She obviously LIED when she said she dedicated five straight years just “FOCUSING” on the group. For everybody knows she spent the last year or so writing for her solo album and recording collaborations with other people. But whatever… I get what she wanted to say!
*Good that she didn’t throw shade towards the other girls and kept it “cute”.
I hope she has an amazing solo career and avoids any more drama. So far “Bad Things” is proving she made the right decision to leave at this precise moment. Yet I think still she didn’t leave in the best way. Not giving her 5H fans a proper farewell moment (i.e: one last concert with the girls with the crowd knowing she was leaving and where they could show her their gratitude).
