Azealia Banks To Drop New Song “The Big Big Beat” On February 7th, Announces Vote For Donald Trump!
Azealia Banks’ new mixtape “Slay-Z” will drop soon, but first the NYC raptress is going to put out a new song called “The Big Big Beat” on February 7th. She took to Twitter last night (Jan. 31) to make the announcement and reveal a few details about the upcoming song:
I will be releasing a song called "THE BIG BIG BEAT" on February 7th.

The BIG BIG BEAT gives Detroit house vibes with major Diana Ross teas. U guys are gonna gag

Diana Ross teas? I’m intrigued.
RECAP: Back in early 2015, when she first announced the existence of this mixtape called “Slay-Z” (crazy she hasn’t released it yet despite having it fully recorded for almost a century, huh?), Azealia Banks described the mixtape as:
TBH, I actually recorded a mixtape called "SLAY-Z" full of Jay-Z remixes and covers. It's kinda ????????. I might consider putting it out now
— azealiabanks (@AZEALIABANKS) May 9, 2015
So what Jay-Z song do you think she’ll sample in “The Big Big Beat”?
Also last night, Azealia commented on the sound of “Slay-Z” - and apparently it won’t be pure hip-hop as we first expected:
SLAY-Z IS about to crush everyone's little hip-house/trap avant grade dreams for 2016 tho. #thebigbadwitchiscoming

AZEALIA TO VOTE TRUMP
In other Azealia Banks-related news, the “212” star - who released in 2014 her debut album “Broke With An Expensive Taste” after a long struggle with her record label – also took to Twitter last night to speak her mind on the upcoming USA presidential election. She announced that her vote will go to the controversial Donald Trump (should he make the Republican nomination of course). She offered her motives via a series of tweets:
Ok so, I think I'm ready to admit that I'm going to vote for Donald Trump.
— azealiabanks (@AZEALIABANKS) February 1, 2016
I think Trump is the only one who truly has the balls to bust up big business. Hilary is too tied in with them and Bernie has no clout.
— azealiabanks (@AZEALIABANKS) February 1, 2016
The other candidates are simply ... "Them hoes over there" #thots

I have no hope for America. It is what it is. Capitalist, consumerist, racist land of make believe. Its inherently evil and must feed ...
— azealiabanks (@AZEALIABANKS) February 1, 2016
On others for it to survive. I didn't create it. I'm not proud of it . But I am here.... And it's all I know.
— azealiabanks (@AZEALIABANKS) February 1, 2016
In conclusion, I think Donald trump is evil like America is evil and in order for America to keep up with itself it needs him.

Evidently, Azealia’s vote choice was harshly criticized on Twitter, becoming a trending topic momentarily, and ultimately she got what she wanted: to be noticed.
Don't be fooled. It’s not that Azealia wanted to spark a healthy debate with her vote reveal last night; she only wanted to get attention for her upcoming song and mixtape releases. And she got it. She’s a smart girl, I’ll give her that.
