The 2015 iHeartRadio Music Awards were held on Sunday night (March 29) at The Shrine Auditorium in Los Angeles with Jamie Foxx acting as host. The ‘prestigious’ iHeartRadio Innovator Award was given to Justin Timberlake, but the true highlight of the night were the live performances. Taylor Swift, Madonna, Nick Jonas, Iggy Azalea, Rihanna, Jason Derulo, Kelly Clarkson, Sam Smith, among many others hit the stage to promote their latest singles.
The most anticipated performance of the 2nd annual iHeartRadio Music Awards was definitely that of Rihanna’s, who performed for the first time ever her brand new single, the urban-ratchet “Better Have My Money”, only days after releasing it on iTunes. Donning a fierce green look, RiRi delivered a performance that undoubtedly deserves the title of “iconic”.
Rihanna’s was supposed to be the only really exciting performance of the night, but iHeartRadio Music Awards producers “created” another one. They made Madonna and Taylor Swift team up so they could perform a special version of the Queen of Pop’s new “Rebel Heart” single, “Ghosttown”. Do not miss that!
